Ramon is the owner and principal adviser at Advice On Wealth Limited. He has been a financial adviser for the past 30 years and won many awards along the way recognising his achievements. He has a vast knowledge of a diverse range of financial products from investments/pensions to mortgages/protection and can quickly identify those solutions that best suit your individual needs.

Nathan is our newest recruit joining Advice on Wealth in October 2022 as a financial adviser, having previously worked for 2plan wealth management. Having several years in the industry, Nathan is fully qualified to give advice in many aspects of financial planning, including planning for retirement, investments, buying homes or investment properties and protection. Nathan prides himself on meeting with clients to assess their situation to help meet their individual needs.

Lorna has over 20 years experience within the finance industry with 16 of these years at Advice On Wealth Limited. Working hard behind the scenes, Lorna will always go that extra mile giving you peace of mind that things will run efficiently and promptly.

Lorna has spent time building her technical knowledge through CII exams to ensure that the back office is supportive and efficient in the processing of business. She has achieved CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice.

Ali joined us in June 2014 with 30 years of experience within the financial services sector. Her methodical approach and experience has equipped her well to offer our valued clients the best possible administrative support and service.

Ali provides expert support on mortgage processing, taking applications right through to completion whether clients are buying their first home, moving house, a buy to let or remortgaging their current home.

Antonia joined us in September 2022, having freshly graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics at the nearby University of Reading. Taking up a junior role in the administration team, Antonia supports the financial advisors by compiling reports, liaising with providers, and being the first point of contact for those that visit our office.

In 2023, she plans to work towards building her technical knowledge through CII exams to ensure she can offer the best possible administrative support.
